The first CSIMS Town Hall meeting of 2016 will be held in Burbank. Attendees will earn 3.5 hours of Category One Continuing Education and QME credit.
CSIMS’ own Steve Cattolica and Carl Brakensiek will present a 60 minute legislative and regulatory update plus question and answer period covering recent changes to the MTUS, the MTUS Formulary, the RAND studies and a case law update of the Stevens and Ramirez challenges to the IMR process and more.
In addition, a panel of WCAB judges, defense and applicants’ attorneys and expert physicians will provide a two and a half hour report writing update and Q & A. This will also become a new segment to update CSIMS’ highly regarded Report Writing Course.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their toughest report writing issues for discussion.
